How much do you charge?
Every job is different, so we give a free quote before any work starts. You'll know the cost upfront.
Do you do home visits?
Yes. We come to you. No need to unplug anything or lug your computer somewhere. We'll come round at a time that suits.
I'm not very good with computers. Is that OK?
That's why we're here. We explain everything in plain English and we don't rush. Ask us anything.

We cover the local area and surrounding towns. Give us a ring and we'll let you know if we can reach you.
What if you can't fix the problem?
If we can't fix it, we'll say so and point you to someone who can. You won't pay for work we can't finish.
