We started Simple Steps because most tech support is awful. You ring up, get talked at in jargon, and put the phone down none the wiser.

We'd rather sit down with you, listen to what's actually wrong, and fix it. Then explain what happened so you'll recognise it next time. We're not in a hurry.

New laptop that needs setting up, Wi-Fi that drops every five minutes, or you just want to learn how to video call the grandchildren. That's the sort of thing we do.
